I was loved and stable while I was in the womb-

I was friendly and appreciated since I was a baby-

‘But until—it changed…

‘It went so many lightness and darkness together between my childhood to my adulthood…

If you do want to know me—

I’ll give you the instructions —

‘not forcing-

not begging-

Just understand me next time without judgement—okay..

One— If I did something wrong, just tell me.

Two- If I sounded too complex or something odd, let me know.

Three- If the things that you didn’t know, ask me and do not punish me.

Four— If I upset you, tell me.

Five— If you said stop, I will stop.

Six- If I’m making mistakes, do not judge me.

Seven- If my emotions were too intense, do not be afraid.

Eight— If I am crying for help, do not disgust me.

Those are the things that you should understand next time...

Thank you...
