I walked a road I didn’t choose,
With questions heavy, faith worn thin,
Dreams bruised by silent nights,
Battles no one else could see within.
I stumbled more than I stood tall,
Carried scars I tried to hide,
Mistakes whispered my name aloud,
While fear walked closely by my side.
But grace—
Not earned, not bought, not begged—
Found me where I fell apart.
It didn’t ask for perfect steps,
It only asked for my open heart.
Grace met me in the broken places,
Where hope felt tired and small,
It spoke life into my weakness,
And called me chosen after all.
What I lost no longer owns me,
What I feared no longer stays,
Because mercy rewrote my story
And turned my nights into days.
I am not who I used to be—
Not bound by shame or yesterday.
I rise by love I didn’t deserve,
I stand because grace showed the way.
This is my life, marked and made new,
Not by strength, but by His embrace.
I am living proof, breathing hope—
A life forever changed by grace.
