His predictions have consistently been incorrect according to lore
So why this year retirement talk for Phil to score

the Summer tempertures are sweltering
You cannot let the warm temperature fool you
It bounces back and forth the mercury turns blue
It is unpredictable when its due

However, this year he might have it right
Forecast predicts snow in sight
Can Phil keep his job, seems that it's tight
