from '95 till my end

familial love

By Jada FergusonPublished 12 months ago 1 min read

I never sought out love-

Because I was delivered into it-

Blessed to have home be my sanctuary-

Humbled by its' consistency-

Petrified for the day when they're gone-

Doubtful that I'll ever find anything to equate to them-

I barricade myself with memories-

To avoid the entry of inevitability-

Familylove poems

It started out so loving with a good childhood, I didn't expect the ending line. Nicely done!1

Someone had a great childhood. It is good to see someone who appreciates it. Well Done!!
