Freedom

If no one smiles at you, remember... the sun always does!

Changing seasons, different skies,

Colors are around us just like flies.

Imagine a world, black and white,

Bland like unseasoned chicken,

Bland like having no rights.

Now imagine a colorful world,

With every color the naked eye can see,

How beautiful it is,

How beautiful freedom could be.

Let me live,

Let me see the world how I want to see.

Don’t stop me,

Don’t crush my spirit with your wannabe personality.

I will talk to the moon and sway with the ocean currents,

While you can follow other people’s opinions.

The difference is that I am truly happy,

While you’re pretending to be, and that my friend is not how life should be.
