I climbed the tree before winter,
I remember my hand got a splinter.
It sure seemed odd for that to happen,
and then, I got stuck, who’d imagine?
There was a firefighter, who was also a cat; he came to my rescue,
he was the kind of cat who’d flex his muscles simply to impress you.
