a collective noun for a very specific form of collective insanity
Apparently there is no officially recognised collective noun for a group of writers. I think that's quite a fun idea to play around with. Anyone else?

According to FB, I had this thought 11 years ago. Finally time to make it a poem.
...
A paragraph,
A page,
A pretension,
A poverty.
...
A procrastination,
A punctuation,
A penmanship,
A prosperity.
...
Or
Perhaps another letter
Might fit this collective
Better?
...
A scrawl,
A scribbling,
A deadline,
A dabbling.
...
A chapter,
A letter,
An inkblot,
A scrabbling.
...
What word in all the world
Could best describe the
Fight -
The endless wrangling wrestle
Of ideas into stories
For everyone who
Writes?
...
A passion,
A dream,
A damnation,
A QWERTY.
...
A madness,
A blindness,
A blessing,
A reverie.

Damnit. I forgot to fit "a block" or "a forgery" in the list somewhere. Maybe in the next draft when I'm putting this year's worth of poems into my next book...
