The best doctors <3 Nicely done, Seema
I do follow these 7 doctors usually when I have a tension/migraine headache, just feeling malaise or even just tired. Fresh air, water, and sunshine are the best for me and just sit or lay outside close my eyes and let the breeze take me away for a little while. Good job.
