Every year, Uti brings us interesting photoshoots for his birthday, and this year, he is striking again, revealing birthday photos that are very provocative and very interesting, and also revealing why he has started practicing shadow work.

Taking to his social media on his birthday, Uti Nwachukwu wrote about his new shadow work practice saying:

Speaking more about shadow work and why he's practicing it, Uti shared:

What is shadow work? Shadow work is the process of exploring your inner darkness or "Shadow Self". Shadow work uncovers every part of you that has been disowned, represses, and rejected. It is one of the most authentic paths to Englightenment.

4 levels of shadow work: (1st) Integrate your shadows (2nd) Maintain your shadow and darkness to generate power (3rd) Develop purity of heart (4th) Shadow work in the collective consciousness

Reacting to the pictures and Uti's shadow work practices, people responded saying "Uti Nwachukwu o gini kwa? No fly for night o" while another person said "Na why you turn VENOM ehn market woman"
