One Reason Why I Don't Want to Japa - Kiekie
Kiekie opens up

Nigerian actress and skitmaker Kiekie is one of the most successful entertainers working in the country today. At a time like this when Nigeria and the world at large is going through some very turbulent financial times, the multi hyphenated businesswoman was asked by the New Telegraph if she has any intention of relocating out of the country, and Kiekie responded that she does not and gave her reasoning why. During her interview, Kiekie was asked: "Who is the real Kiekie, and with the recent economic crisis in the country, a lot of youths have opted to travel out of the country for greener pasture; will you consider that too?" To these, Kiekie responded:
KIEKIE: This is the real KieKie. My husband once looked at me and asked himself how he was coping with me. The way I am on Instagram is the way I am in real life, I am hyper. That’s why I keep my space very small because my personality is in me being hyper. I’m a sanguine and I don’t know how to hide things. If someone starts annoying me, I will quickly change things and get upset. I don’t get angry for too long; I just give it to you as it comes.
[On the question of relocating,] No, I won’t. It’s not just about being patriotic. I’m creative and I will genuinely excel here than abroad. I lived in London for three years; I went to two schools in the United Kingdom and I have seen things happen. Professionals do better in Canada and America but as a creative person, I will do better here. As an actor, if I enter Hollywood today, where do I start from? But here, I have already made name for myself, so where am I going? I’m being paid well, let me be honest with you.
