How to Control Mind

"I don't like to follow a Medical treatment It siIt is up to us how we see ourselves and how we act. If we can find it within ourselves, and to do this, we need to love and be loved. We should have faith in others and know that there’s a bigger p

I was once taught through a teacher that our thoughts determine our destiny as well as the way we see ourselves and everything we do. This is because these choices define who we are today and help us grow into our future possibilities. What does this mean? By being true to your own dreams and aspirations, your inner child and taking time to think about yourself and everyone around you. The most important part is that you must accept yourself first before anyone else. In order to change the ways things are, you must let go and give love into the world. You can only change through your thoughts.

The way I can control my mind is by doing yoga postures to develop self-love, patience and compassion. At the same time, I find it important to give more care to myself, even though the thought of myself isn’t going to please another person. Once I have this, then I feel like it is easier to create a positive environment where people can be happy and want to help people as well. So, the only thing that I am seeking in yoga is peace of mind. But, when I get the right balance, that’s when I feel like my mind can finally open up and become peaceful, and this only happens when I’ve given my heart and soul a chance to make its way through the rough roads that I’ve walked. It would seem as though my mind has an inner compass already guiding me to the path in front of me so that I can reach my goals and stay on track.

My yoga teachers that have been able to bring me the right balance is Jodhpurita (she was born in South India on August 13). She is my favorite teacher because she has a way to be present in a moment that needs her. She truly listens and is always looking to listen to my story as well as trying to understand in my personal experiences as well as those that I share with her and show me the best possible options. Her energy is contagious and so is her approach to teaching. She makes sure that she takes the time to reflect and analyze every situation to figure out where my purpose lies. And, most importantly, how I can help myself and others so that they too could have a fulfilling life and be as happy as I can be. My instructors taught me that through my meditation practice and yoga postures, I could become a better version of who I want to be.

My journey to finding who I want to be continues to grow into deeper clarity every day. When we are able to be aware of our mental health and practice self-love, we become happier. More than any other profession, helping others is one way of showing respect and acceptance to them so that they too can grow and learn from their mistakes. We only go on the right path out of our inner desires because we are capable of so much more. From the perspective that I am now, it’s very easy to see yourself as having some deep flaws because you were born to have them.

But, it doesn’t matter if we accept ourselves, because in that moment, we must start thinking about ourselves and others around us with a clear head. Being thankful for everything makes us happier because we are able to see the good in everything. Through this practice, I am now able to know who I really am and why I chose to follow my passion to study nursing. And, I know that I didn’t follow a career choice because I truly wanted to. Instead, the love for this field came to me over things I wasn’t ready for. For instance, without wanting it because I wanted to change society. Not because I wanted something better for myself in any field or career. This career is to teach and to spread awareness of how serious this field is. With all of this knowledge, knowledge is power and power is hope for those people who have never had hope themselves.

I also found it by reading many books that gave insight to what it felt like to be a new human being. That human beings have an inner compass that is constantly checking their surroundings, just like we are doing in yoga. Our outer compass is constantly telling us that our inner compass is what counts, and that there is so much more.

I would recommend people to take a long look in the mirror if they are feeling low and find out what you want. Then, go after it as hard as you can and continue working toward becoming whatever you want. After you know yourself and what you really want, apply yourself to the process. Be patient to progress and keep giving yourself the support that you deserve. As long as you’re honest about your life, you’ll make great progress.
