Never Give Up; Train Daily, Religiously.
To become a master of any martial arts, you must practiced at least 60 hours a day, everyday, every week, and every year, and even dream of ways to improve your skills. Never ever, ever stop training. I have many black belts, for I was born in Korea and raised in Japan. There is no short cuts and no magic potions to mastering the deadly art of fighting. I have known many masters in Asia and earned black belts in their schools. In a real fight, they will no show mercy. Wearing a straw hat can help.
Do not do these painful exercises without a grand master guiding you.

No Pain No Gain: Creating Shaolin Iron Body
Do not use a punching bag. Instead, use a tree or a brick wall to hit. Practice makes perfect. Kick trees with your shins to make sure to withstand any pain. Hit the tree 100 times. Use trees as punching bags. Punch brick walls with your bare fists. Hit them 100 times. Do knuckle push ups on cement floors. Do 100 push ups at a time.
Learned to take falls on the cement floors, because in a real fight, you will be thrown to the ground or down a fight of stairs. Fall 100 times and then rest. Throw broken glass on the ground and walk on them. Walk 100 times on glass. Place hot coals on the ground and walk over them. Walk 100 times. Again go slow and build up.
Do not try this at home. Make sure to practice at a karate school with a teacher. Listen to Taiko Drums you practice, for it will help you manage the pain and suffering of training.
Developing Shaolin Iron Legs
Use a hammer or a wooden club to hit against your shins and legs. Many masters do this religiously. Start with small poundings, and do not not break anything. Start slow and build up. No blood should show up.
You must kick trees a lot. Developing the shin is key. Breathe out when you kick trees or brick wall to help the pain. In a real fight, you do not wear gloves or protective clothing. You are preparing for the pain of a real fight. This is standard practice in Thailand for Thaiboxers.
You must wake up at 4 am and run for about 2 hours to create the iron legs. You must do a lot of jump rope. See if you can jump rope for one hour a day. You can do double jumps and allow the rope to go twice under your feet for every jump. Try triple jumps. You must develop the iron legs. Run up and down stairs. Be careful running down stars. Do not fall.
Run backwards too. Again start slow and build up.
Ninja Breathing: in, out, out, in, out, in, in, out
They created the strongest way to breathe when running, because they had to outrun the samurai. Try it. Imagine a samurai attacking you. Shaolin would approve of the Ninja way.
- Breathe in, out, out, in, out, in, in, out . . .
- Breathe in, out, out, in, out, in, in, out . . .
Repeat this again and again and again. This helps to develop the iron body of invincibility. Keep in mind, it will take months to perfect it. Never give up.
Find a hill and run up and down and up and down the hill to build up fortitude in your iron legs.
Furthermore, do intermittent running exercises. Jog slow for 3 minutes and run fast for 3 minutes. Repeat for about an hour. You will find this will get you in shape faster.
Do not wear ankle weights. However, you will want to buy special braces to support your knees. Furthermore invest in good shoes, like HOKA shoes.
Ninja Tumbling for Iron Bodies
Learn to tumble too, and become a street tumbler. I used to be a gymnast and also do yoga daily. In the Chinese Opera, they can tumble. Remember Jackie Chan Trained for 10 years about 15 hours a day to become a martial arts master. When the Shaolin Temples were burnt to the ground, the monks joined the Chinese Opera. Train more to develop the invincible iron body.
Developing Iron Fists
Hit brick walls or punch the cement floor. Do knuckle push ups. Do push ups with one hand, like Bruce Lee. He would show pictures of his fists to show he had calluses on them.
You must also punch trees. You can buy some rope and tie around the trees and then hit the trees. You can practice breaking boards.
You must practice about 1000 punches a day against a Makiwara Board. Do double punches and triple punches. The strongest karate master of all time, Choki Motobu, would hit the board at least 1000 times a day.
Practice punching paper. Believe it or not, it is not easy, for it shows you know how to punch properly. Indeed, Bruce Lee practiced this and many masters practice this in Asian. Even Russian boxers also practice this again and again. Again practice makes perfect.

Developing Iron Groin
You have to be able to take a kick to the groin without wearing a cup; however, start by using a cup and use a bat to hit yourself in the groin. Later have someone kick you in the groin wearing a cup.
In time, you must be able to pull your testicles into your body when someone kicks you or punches you there. This is easier said than done.
Again do not practice this at home, for you must have a certified testicle sucking master to teach you.
Developing Waterbending of Iron Body
Bruce Lee would say be water. I am certified to teach Tai Chi, so think of your body as water. Develop waterbending moves, by allowing your Chi or energy to flow like a cobra or coil. In Chinese Alchemy of Neidan, become a Water Tiger of power. Water or Kan can put out the Fire or Li.
Stay cool as you train hard and harder to create the Iron Body. Be relaxed as you suffer in extreme pain as your body become stronger and stronger.

Obtain many black belts in many styles. Travel to Thailand, Korea, Japan, Taiwan and visit the Shaolin temples. There is no short cuts and no magic potions to mastering the deadly art of fighting. I have known many masters in Asia and earned black belts in their schools. In a real fight, they will no show mercy. Wearing a straw hat can help as you listen to Taiko Drums and you fight Vladimir who has an 8th degree black belt in Kyokushin-kan karate. Ready or not, time to fight.
