Three little letters

I moments ago submitted a completely different trifecta of open letters; and yet here we are again. There's gonna be a lot of typing and referring back to the pics of these letters, so again: Let's dive right into it; shall we?

Dear [Redacted],

I just wanted to take a NY min and thank you for all the terrific times that we shared together. From my younger brother's wedding and my mom dukes' big 5-0, to the random road trip to Philly where I almost got us all killed.

I know that this is nowhere near the Born Day gift that you deserve, and I most def planned to send much better. I will say that I most certainly did not intend to put this note together when I awoke this morning.

I'm still not sure if I will send it. Also, I have no clue what sorta graphic I will place on the front, if I put one there at all.

The music therapist that gifted me this very pencil and instructed me and her fellow clients to express the previously unstated to whomever was heaviest on our hearts is a Godsend, quite simply. At any rate, I'm obviously running out of space and my hand's starting to cramp up.

Praying that we reconcile our differences. Either which way, "Stay blessed (and free)!"

"I can explain. Happy Belated Birthday".

Surprise! I know that I promised y'all Born Day gifts and such next month, around this time.

However, I couldn't resist the urge to make y'all feel valued right away; in case the global economy crashes sometime in the next few weeks or so. It's fairly feasible according to at least one economist who was wise enough to predict the Housing Market Crisis of '08 well in advance.

At any rate, this is my third letter in less than an hour, and I still have one more to write on actual college ruled sheets. Praying you three like your gifts and this terrible handwriting.

Either which way, "Stay blessed (and free)!"

To my Pops,

I wanna start out with a sincere apology for sending you this rough draft of chicken scratch. Also, my bad for pulling a switcheroo on you without any notice.

At any rate, one of my mentors and I just enjoyed the hell out of a game of catch that would've been damn near impossible without your tutelage. I don't know if you saw my post on Facebook from way back when September 14, 2021; or if I mentioned it to you already, tho I publicly thanked you for teaching me how to bike ride.

If I'm able to make it to work when I leave here, you can certainly expect a Kwanzaa gift or two from my site. At any rate, sending love and light.

This labor of love was easily one of the least demanding, out of the roughly 89 "stories" that I have sat down and hammered out in a relatively short period of time. Praying/hoping/manifesting that it won't be my last.
