How do extreme and neurotic states become so common and normalized/habitual even if there is no valid reinforcement/causes (?) finding relevant/useful mitigation strategies
Discipline is not the only form of limiting/controlling desires or wants and is sometimes is to direct (energy?) and reductive/productive for mitigating desire(s’ negative effects)
Not letting the need/’desire’ for discipline/success/order/etc overshadow or misinterpret the present usefulness/reality of desires and needs
